“The [Hunter Biden] indictment was actually a good first move and I say that because the indictment had three gun counts, not [merely] the one that they had in the … get-out-of-jail-free diversion agreement. This actually charged him with the two more substantial offenses of lying on the application form, as well as possessing a gun as an addict,” said Federalist Senior Legal Correspondent Margot Cleveland during a Fox Business interview. “It was one of those things we knew was coming because [David] Weiss’s team had told the judge, ‘Look, we’re gonna have by the end of the month, an indictment out in order to comply with the Speedy Trial Act.’ So, it’s a good first step, but … we’ve got a lot more going on.”
