Felony charges were filed against a Hobart, Indiana couple after a snapchat video shows them attempting to run twin boys off the road who donned pro-Trump flags on their bicycles.
According to local news, a Snapchat video helped officers secure charges against Kyren Gregory Perry-Jones, 23, and Cailyn Marie Smith, 18.

“Y’all scared, just like your President,” Smith allegedly said in the Snapchat video. “America is not great, (expletive).”
According to local news, Perry-Jones and Smith have been charged with two counts of intimidation and criminal recklessness. They were also charged with misdemeanors including one count of theft and criminal mischief.
The Snapchat video obtained by Hobart police shows Perry-Jones swerve the car wheel sharply and yell for the boys for go home. The video shows Perry-Jones allegedly yelling expletives at the two teen boys and calling on them to take down their Trump flags. The couple allegedly chased the teens through several yards.
The teen boys told local detectives Smith stole their flag which prompted the twins to chase after the car. The couple proceeded to drop the Trump flag and intentionally run it over before fleeing the scene.
A similar event took place in Jacksonville, Florida when a man was arrested after allegedly driving his van through a Republican voter registration booth.
In February, a New Hampshire man was arrested after allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old Trump supporter and two other adults at a polling site.
