Robby Soave, editor at Reason Magazine, joins Ben Domenech on Federalist Radio to discuss the newest sexual assault allegations in Washington, net neutrality, and how to talk to your woke college student relatives this Christmas.

Soave explains how due process applies in these cases. “If they’re going to be held accountable in the criminal justice system, that’s when due process comes in,” he said. “But they don’t have a right to be a Senator or a Representative… You have a right to not be jailed without due process. You don’t have a right to not be in the Senate without due process.”

Should net neutrality be considered a human right? Domenech and Soave discuss free speech, free internet, and the disruption in Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
