Mara Liasson, NPR’s national political correspondent, has been covering DC politics for over three decades. She joins Ben Domenech on this episode of The Federalist Radio Hour to discuss her career in media, covering Bill Clinton, current political divides and the future of both political parties.

“Americans want change and they don’t get the change they want,” she said. “I think the party that can figure out an optimistic, positive, credal nationalism…a way to live up to America’s founding ideals…that to me is a winning formula.”

Liasson and Domenech discuss potential 2020 Presidential candidates and the possible facets of a Joe Biden campaign.
