Mary Katharine Ham and Guy Benson take a break from their day job of talking politics to discuss football and tonight’s NCAA National Championship.
On this episode of The Federalist Radio Hour, they preview Monday’s Georgia-Alabama face off and break down the season overall. They also discuss why college athletics are proving to have a stronger fan base than professional sports leagues.
Benson and Ham retell their trip to the Rose Bowl and the game day experience. “It felt as if I was in labor,” Ham said. “I was doing breathing exercises. I was yelling obscenities. Which is very much how you act during labor.”
