Federalist staff writer Bre Payton joined Fox News’ “Your World With Neil Cavuto” on Monday to discuss John Podesta’s comments on the San Bernardino terror attack.
Hacked emails reveal Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta was disappointed one of the San Bernardino terrorists wasn’t white — presumably because it would make exploiting the tragedy that much more difficult for the Democratic candidate.
“His concern wasn’t for 14 Americans who were killed and the other 22 who were injured in the attack, but the fact that his tragedy wasn’t easy for him to exploit for the Clinton campaign,” she said.
Payton said Podesta’s reaction to the tragedy is a typical response from liberal elites, as it took Barack Obama two weeks to come out and visit the families of the victims of the attack, and he spent those two weeks throwing parties at the White House and pushing for extreme gun control laws.
“When it comes to radical Islamic terrorism, Obama and Podesta and the Clinton campaign are one in the same, in that their only interest is to exploit it to push for gun control,” she said.
