San Francisco 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who recently refused to stand during the national anthem at a preseason game, just unloaded on Hillary Clinton.

“We have a presidential candidate who has deleted emails and done things illegally and is a presidential candidate,” he said, referring to the 15,000 emails Clinton “wiped” from her private, unsecured server she used during her tenure as secretary of State. “That doesn’t make sense to me.”

“If it was any other person, they’d be in prison,” he said.” So what is this country really standing for?”

Attorney General Loretta Lynch has publicly stated that the Department of Justice doesn’t plan to press any charges against Clinton for illegally using a private server that was less secure than a Gmail account.

Lynch’s announcement came on the heels of a secret meeting she had with Bill Clinton aboard a private jet on a tarmac in Phoenix. If elected, Hillary Clinton reportedly plans to keep Lynch as attorney general. Their relationship has led many to suspect there is an underlying conflict of interest.

“You have Hillary, who has called black kids, or black teens, ‘Super-predators,'” Kaepernick said, referring to Clinton’s past remarks about gang violence in which she espoused a since-debunked theory that some say has racially charged connotations.

Hillary Clinton’s super-predator remarks aren’t the only uncomfortable comments she’s made in the past. Last year, she said black men in hoodies were scary.

“I mean if we’re honest, for a lot of well-meaning, open-minded white people, the sight of a young black man in a hoodie still evokes a twinge of fear,” she said.

Last August, she told Black Lives Matter activists that she would only talk to white people about racial issues if they didn’t quiet down.
