It has been a momentous few days at the Supreme Court as the justices handed down groundbreaking decisions. Today on the Federalist Radio Hour, Ben gets reactions from top scholars on the issues.

Sarah Torre of the Heritage Foundation sifts through the court’s marriage decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, explaining that “the Constitution had nothing to do with this decision.”
